Ignite

The Ignite Program is an engagement tool that encourages Nightingale College learners to participate in optional resources and community-building activities. By getting involved in this program, learners can earn points for each activity they participate in.

Through their involvement, learners can redeem points they have earned in the Ignite Program at the end of each semester for a Nightingale College-branded item. The prizes for this program will change each term, so the more you participate, the more fun items you can receive!

Spark - 50 points
Ember - 75 points
Flame – 100 points

Learners will have the opportunity to earn points through participating in the following activities:

LSS Learner Evolvement Talks – 5 points per webinar.
Career Services Webinars – 5 points per webinar
Weekly Check-in Surveys – 1 point per survey
LSS Resource Videos – 2 points per video
Learner Success Series Weekly Assignments – 3 points per assignment
