“I Love My Job!” Nightingale Education Group Named Top Workplace for Higher Education

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 24, 2026—Nightingale Education Group has been named one of the 2026 Top Workplaces for Higher Education. The Princeton Review bestowed the national recognition based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey. Only seven organizations with more than 150 employees nationwide earned the honor.
“This honor reflects our mission to prepare relevantly skilled, readily available nurses who represent the communities they serve,” said Mikhail Shneyder, Nightingale Education Group CEO. “It’s encouraging to hear employees share how much they love their jobs and want to share that passion with our students and colleagues.”
The Top Workplaces survey measured organizational health drivers, including leadership, communication, alignment, engagement, well-being, and inclusion. Nightingale Education Group received top scores across multiple areas, including prioritizing employee well-being, encouraging different points of view, operating with strong values, and motivating employees to do their best work.
Employees shared overwhelmingly positive feedback about their experience at the organization:
- “I love my job because it's engaging. You get to talk with aspiring nurses from all over the United States looking to be a part of something bigger than themselves.”
- “How we work matters as much as what outcomes we achieve. This is such a special place to work, and we are changing the world!”
- “Helping to raise up the next generation of nurses—I love my job.”
- “I can be myself and help others learn the way we do things at Nightingale College and watch each one learn, grow and see their aha moments.”
- “I'm able to do what I love as well, being able to help teach and inspire the next generation of healthcare workers.”
Nightingale Education Group employs more than 1,000 people and educates more than 10,000 learners at Nightingale College. This recognition is one of many for Nightingale, including: Top Utah Workplace, fifth year of recognition; Top Remote Work Workplace; Top U.S. Education Workplace; No. 1 LPN-to-RN Program in Utah; Best Employee Wellbeing Program; and the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) Beacon Award.
